It's insulating enough to keep warm and breathable enough to keep cool, perfect for an indoor temperature between 74 and 79 degrees. My partner usually unconsciously throws off all blankets when they sleep in past 10, but this morning I found them hugging it like a best friend. Totally worth the money! I'm going to buy another for a Christmas gift.
